Shipping & Returns
Before the ordered Cock & Balls products are shipped the product is checked by our expert staff for quality and workmanship. Should you nevertheless receive a defective product despite this check, you can return it free of charge within three working days. The product will then be exchanged for another product. If this product is no longer in stock, you can choose another product or you can get the purchase price for 100% return.
Cock & Balls will only accept products for return or exchange with another product if the returned item shown no signs of use and all original tags and cards are original. If you want to return a product must be made within 14 days after delivery with you for the shipping costs of returning should take care.

Upon receipt, we take your complaint. Upon acceptance of the complaint we get a return payment or exchange within fourteen (14) days.
We can only accept goods by mail, you can not come to bring us this.
We suggest you use a shipper that uses a "tracking system" and an insurance offer that you are responsible for lost packages.
