Terms and Conditions

Being our valued customer you can assume that we will try to provide you with a good service. In order to make sure that everything works out for both parties and that there will be no misunderstandings we would like to point out the following things.

Delivery time

We guarantee you that the delivery will be sent on the day that we have receive your payment. However we also have to rely on the mail service and therefore cannot guarantee you to deliver within 24 hours. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays en bank holidays.

Correct information

When paying for the order you have to fill in a name, address and phone number. We can only promise to send the orders as soon as possible if you provide us with the correct information. If however by mistake you have provided us with wrong information the (extra) costs will be for you as a client.

Cancelling orders

If for some reason we have not been able to for fill the order but you as a customer have kept up your end of the deal. Such as placing the order correctly, providing us with the correct information and making the payment then and only then it is possible to cancel the order and we will deposit the amount back to your account.
If by accident we send another item than ordered by you, you can send back the item and we will make sure that we pay for extra mail expenses and send you the correct item.

Quality of our products

All our products are being checked thoroughly before we ship them to the customer. However if there is an error or if the product is damaged please contact us.
C&B is not responsible after washing or wearing the product.

Laundry instruction

When receiving an order there is always a clear laundry instruction. We strongly recommend you to follow these instructions. As usual all clothing should be washed inside out. When doing so you will be able to enjoy the product in it's best possible way.

Depending on the way you have made the payment and the country where you live, delivery time can vary.
